Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Site Audit Master account and all associated data at any time. We'll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user account (name, email, password hash, profile photo)
• All projects, issues, comments, and activity history you created
• All photos and annotations you uploaded
• Any teams you own (team members will be notified)
• Your subscription and billing history (subject to statutory retention for accounting — see below)

What we retain

We retain minimal records required by UK law:

• Payment records — Stripe and Apple/Google store a limited record of payments for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. We don't hold card details ourselves.
• Support correspondence — if you've contacted support, we keep the emails for up to 12 months in case you come back.

All other personal data is deleted.

How to request deletion

Email us at chris@fantata.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" from the email address registered to your account.

Timeline

• Within 48 hours — we'll email to confirm we've received your request
• Within 30 days — your account and data will be fully deleted from our systems
• Within 90 days — data is removed from encrypted backups
