Delete your account

You can delete your Snagger account from Settings → Delete my account on web, iOS or Android. You must confirm your current password or verify a linked sign-in method, then type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, personal projects, issues, photos, annotations, reports, comments, support tickets and account activity records are removed. Teams you own with no other members are deleted. Stored-file removal retries automatically if storage is unavailable.

Shared team work

If you own a team with other members, transfer ownership before deleting your account. Projects in teams owned by someone else stay with those teams.

Subscriptions and retained records

Web subscriptions are cancelled during deletion. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel in the App Store or Google Play to stop future charges. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

Payment providers and existing backups may retain records under their retention policies.

Saved work on your devices

The app removes saved work on the device where you complete deletion, including changes that have not synced. Other devices are signed out when they next contact the server; their saved copies cannot be remotely erased.
